Colleague Health Manager
Hartford Healthcare
As a Colleague Health Manager at Hartford Healthcare, you will lead employee health programs that support a safe, healthy workforce across our hospitals and care facilities. You will oversee occupational health services, infection prevention initiatives, immunization and screening programs, and leave/return‑to‑work processes. Partnering closely with leadership, you will analyze health data, ensure regulatory compliance, guide policy development, and manage a small clinical team. You will promote a culture of wellness, collaboration, and continuous improvement for all colleagues.
