Colleague Health Manager

Hartford Healthcare

East Glastonbury, CT

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Colleague Health Manager to lead employee health programs across our healthcare network. This role oversees occupational health services, infection prevention initiatives, vaccination and screening programs, workers’ compensation coordination, and ADA/FMLA fitness-for-duty evaluations. The manager will analyze health data, ensure compliance with OSHA and state regulations, develop wellness strategies, and partner with leadership to promote a safe, healthy workforce. Ideal candidates bring clinical or occupational health expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for colleague well‑being.
