RN - OR Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: AM (07:00 – 15:30) Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification Required Must-Have: Must be proficient in Ambulatory Surgical setting and Phase I/II Recovery setting.Must be proficient in IV starts.Must be proficient in recognizing aberrant cardiac rhythms.Must be proficient with EPIC charting.Plan to hit the ground running. Description:Hours include 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts depending on the needs of the surgical schedule.On-call duty is approximately one day every 11 days during the week.One weekend every 11 weeks on a rotating basis.This is a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgical department.The department has experienced a recent large volume, low acuity expansion of patients.Types of surgeries performed include Total Joint and Orthopedic Spine procedures.Arthroscopic ACL/PCL Repair and repair of fractures of the hip, wrist, etc.GYN procedures include hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.General Surgery includes Robotic da Vinci, MAKO, and Globus.Urology procedures include laser lithotripsy, TURBT, TURP, and Endoscopy.The department does not perform heart, head, pediatric, obstetric, ENT, or eye surgeries. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
