About the Role In this role, you’ll support critical customer and sales operations by managing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring on‑time delivery of essential aviation parts and services. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the success of supply chain and sales efforts. Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: Full‑Time Consultant (6 months) Pay Rate starting at : $14.82 per hour What You’ll Do You’ll be a key contributor to day‑to‑day operations, helping ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment: Enter and manage customer orders, quotes, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency Review customer purchase orders to determine requirements and ensure compliance Collaborate with sales teams to track active orders and ensure on‑time delivery (OTD) Monitor customer order books and follow up on outstanding actions Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts and order status Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery or order issues Proofread documents for accuracy in part numbers and order details Maintain organized record‑keeping systems and process incoming mail and communications Handle inbound calls professionally while delivering excellent customer service What You Bring Required Qualifications 1–2 years of related experience in customer service or clerical support Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Experience with data entry and managing high volumes of orders Solid understanding of office procedures and clerical practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications 2–4 years of related experience Associate degree in Business Management or related field Experience working with international trade teams Background in customer support within logistics, supply chain, or aviation environments Why Join Us When you work with PDS Tech Commercial, you’re more than a contractor—you’re part of a team committed to excellence.
