CNC MILLS OPERATOR – AEROSPACE

Pay: $26.00–$38.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mills Operator to join a precision aerospace manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality, close-tolerance aerospace components. The ideal candidate has experience working in a precision machining environment and is comfortable working with multi-axis CNC equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision aerospace components.
• Load and unload parts, fixtures, and tooling according to work instructions.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Work with materials such as aluminum, titanium, steel, Inconel, and other alloys.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, production, and FOD-prevention procedures.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining strict quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC milling experience required.
• Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC machines preferred.
• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a production environment.
• Ability to work a scheduled shift within a two-shift manufacturing operation.

Experience:

• 2nd shift from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday–Friday
