Executive Assistant ｜ Chongqing Foreign‑funded Enterprise

Job Overview

We are a foreign‑funded enterprise based in Chongqing seeking a US / UK national to serve as Executive Assistant combined with corporate one‑on‑one English tutor. The role allocates approximately 60% workload to executive administrative support and 40% to customized internal English training for senior management.

Core Responsibilities

-Executive Assistant (60% workload)
Handle daily administrative affairs for the General Manager to guarantee smooth daily business operation. Provide high‑level direct support for senior executive’s daily work.

-Corporate English Tutor (40% workload)
Design and deliver personalized 1‑on‑1 English improvement programs for non‑English‑speaking executives. Coverage includes pronunciation adjustment, business writing polishing, pitching & negotiation script refinement, meeting presentation and hosting skills training.

Requirements

-Age: 28‑35 years old, US or UK nationality only, good professional appearance
Native‑level English speaker; fluent conversational Chinese. HSK‑4 or equivalent Chinese proficiency is a strong plus: capable of capturing key information from internal meeting notes and conducting basic administrative communication with front‑line staff in Chinese.

-Bachelor’s degree or above with valid CSCSE (China Service Center for Scholarly Exchange) authentication report for overseas academic credentials.

-Minimum 2 years of working experience as executive assistant, delivering direct administrative & business support to C‑level / General‑Manager‑level executives.

-Solid English training capability; able to independently develop customized one‑on‑one corporate English training plans for senior managers.
