Job Summary (English) The Production Associate at RWB Thrift is responsible for executing diverse tasks and processes within backroom operations. This position requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Production Associates may be assigned to various roles within the backroom. A top performing individual is eager to enhance and broaden their skills, enabling them to perform well in multiple areas of the backroom as business needs dictate.
