Project Executive

Location Kennesaw, Georgia Responsibilities Lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of multiple construction projects, from pre‑construction through close‑out, by developing a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers equipped to execute their defined roles. Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team, ensuring Martin Concrete creates growth opportunities that align with individual and company goals. Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and control phases in scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, communication, and documentation management to meet project objectives. Work with Field Operations Managers and the VP of Field Operations to ensure adherence to company protocols and to meet quality, safety, schedule, and customer experience expectations, positioning Martin Concrete as the preferred subcontractor. Coordinate with Field Operations Manager and VP of Field Operations to manage and maintain project resource requirements. Ensure monthly pay requests and schedules of values align with project and organizational revenue objectives. Collaborate with the Pre‑Construction Department to secure projects. Oversee the turnover from Estimating to Project Management during the pre‑construction phase. Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, establishing credibility at senior levels. Act as the first line of large problem liaison between Martin Concrete and the customer. Implement risk‑management and key stakeholder engagement strategies.
