Sales Engineering Manager

Focused on enhancing global pre-sales operations, the full-time Global Pre-Sales Engineering Operations Manager will define standardized operating models, manage KPIs, and drive process improvements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Define and maintain a standardized global operating model for pre-sales engineering, including POV/POC processes Partner with regional Sales Engineering leaders to identify and resolve operational challenges and performance risks Design and monitor global Sales Engineering KPIs, leading operational reviews and translating insights into actionable reporting Required qualifications Advanced experience in pre-sales or Sales Engineering operations within a technical, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology environment Proven ability to build and manage KPI programs and operational dashboards for a distributed organization Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data reporting platforms such as Snowflake or Salesforce Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or process-improvement certification is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
