General Surgery Opportunity in Mattoon, ILLocation: Mattoon, ILSpecialty/Setting: General SurgeryStart Date: 60-90 daysCall: 1:4 CallSupport: 4 Physicians and 1 APPOther Info:Clinic located in the hospital building for easy access to surgery department and floor consultsOne physician also does vascular and some thoracicTwo physicians also do basic bariatricRequirements:Must be BE/BC in General SurgeryCandidate must have an interest in building a breast or bariatric practiceMust also do some general surgery and participate in general surgery callCompensation:$525,000Bonus based on RVU productionQuality bonus potential - 10% of base salaryBenefits:$75,000 Sign-on bonus$60,000 total retention bonus$15,000 in relocation reimbursement33 days of PTO5 days + $6,000 CME annuallyMalpractice with tail included at no costHealth/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability403b with employer match
