AAAES is not a home health agency and does not offer medical or skilled nursing care, instead focusing on practical household support that makes a meaningful difference at home. Role Description The Housekeeping Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Palm Beach County, FL. This team member provides light housekeeping and household support services in clients' homes, including tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, laundry, and basic home organization. The role involves following individualized service plans, respecting client routines and preferences, and maintaining a safe, tidy, and comfortable environment. The Housekeeping Team Member will communicate clearly with clients and families, report concerns or changes in household conditions, and collaborate with the AAAES team to ensure consistent, high-quality service. The position requires reliability, professionalism, and a caring approach aligned with AAAES values of dignity, independence, and community. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong housekeeping and cleaning skills, including experience with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and routine home maintenance. Candidates should possess home organization and household support abilities, such as tidying living spaces, organizing personal items, and assisting with everyday household tasks. Candidates should possess interpersonal and communication skills, including patience, respect for older adults, clear verbal communication, and the ability to build trust with clients and families. Candidates should possess time management and reliability skills, including punctuality, consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow individualized service plans. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, senior services, or in-home support; ability to work on-site in Palm Beach County, FL; capacity to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods; and reliable transportation.
