Certified Personal Trainer

The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one personalized fitness instruction to clients while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. A GYMGUYZ Trainer will provide professional instruction for each client's health, fitness and wellness goals while providing the highest level of customer service. Job is part time to full time.

Qualifications include being a certified personal trainer, having a minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent, good communication skills, basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices, knowledge of exercise equipment and personal training methods, clean driver's license, certified in CPR/AED, able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. and perform athletic calisthenics duties.

Responsibilities include following the workout program, choosing customized exercises, demonstrating each exercise, documenting and planning sessions, completing session notes, conducting client reassessments, maintaining client sessions, providing a flexible schedule, motivating clients, managing appointments, adhering to company policies, completing administrative tasks, ensuring equipment cleanliness, ensuring safe use of equipment, applying first aid procedures, driving the GYMGUYZ cargo van for business purposes, and other duties as assigned.
