Sales Representative - Wichita, KS - Neurosurgical
Stryker
Field-based sales role selling neurosurgical products across an assigned territory. The position involves direct engagement with surgeons and hospital teams, product demonstrations in operating rooms, and territory development for a leading medical technology company.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets for neurosurgical products within assigned territory
- Support surgical procedures and provide clinical product demonstrations in operating rooms
- Educate surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on product applications and clinical data
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, and key clinical stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
- Or 5+ years professional outside/B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Ability to provide in-person support during procedures in clinical environments
- Valid driver's license with capacity to travel throughout territory
- Physical capability to stand extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
