About The Opportunity

The Homeward Advisor is responsible for driving sales and building relationships over the assigned market region. This role involves cultivating and delivering on partnerships with top-producing real estate teams and real estate agents.

The ideal candidate isa focused, hungry, sales-driven professional looking to make a massive impact. You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, and take initiative to truly understand our products and processes. You have deep knowledge in the real estate space and are comfortable conversing not only with agents and brokerage leadership but with buyers and sellers alike.

In This Role, You Will:

• Manage partnerships with top-performing brokerages, coach and train agents on our products, and drive sales to help ensure fulfillment of expectations for our partnerships
• Own and manage the real estate transaction process for Sell to Homeward transactions, including, but not limited to, offer writing support, leading inspection repair negotiations, identifying solutions, and supporting key stakeholders and various internal and external teams etc.
• Internalize scripting through practice and role-play
• Provide white-glove engagement with agent partners to hit productivity metrics
• Work in alignment with the internal executive team to facilitate contract negotiations and drive sales
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for the offering and inform future business opportunities and priorities

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years in a consultative, residential real estate, sales environment
• Cold Calling - Experience with high volume and no fear of rejection.
• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships and build trust through competency and consistent, effective communication
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to command a room, engage the audience, and present well on video
• Desire to work in a start-up environment and be comfortable with ambiguity
• Intrinsic understanding of the real estate market and the mindset of high-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokers.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation:

• $55,000.00 Base Salary
• $45,000+ in Uncapped Commission
• Meaningful equity grant – stock options with real upside potential.
