Inventory Control Specialist

Job Title: Inventory Control SpecialistFLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00Department: Inventory ControlReports To: Supply Chain ManagerThe Inventory Control Specialist audits warehouse inventory accuracy through physical inventory counts, product review, and other necessary or assigned tasks.Job Description:Execute daily cycle counts according to Kuna’s cycle count planExecute daily inventory, date, and lot verifications on sensitive and requested itemsOrganize inventory in pick slotsReport and troubleshoot inventory discrepanciesEnsure correct labeling of products and rackingIdentify and remove damaged productsAudits of inbound receiving for accuracy, investigate discrepancies and communicate with accounts payableWork unsupervised for extended periods of timeOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Able to work safely in a warehouse environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to lift, push and pull up to 100 lbs. regularlyAble to stand for 8-10 hour shiftsAble to work in refrigerated environment with temperatures ranging from -10⁰F to 40⁰FAbility to obtain material handling equipment certifications on electric pallet jacks, high-rise order pickers, forklifts, etc.Strong attention to detailPreferred QualificationsBasic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) skillsPrior WMS or ERP experiencePrior warehouse experience, food distribution, and inventory control a plusBenefits:401k with 6% matchHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceShort and Long term disabilityLife insurancePaid time offEmployee discountEmployee assistance programMinimum Qualifications:Able to work safely in a warehouse environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to lift, push and pull up to 100 lbs. regularlyAble to stand for 8-10 hour shiftsAble to work in refrigerated environment with temperatures ranging from -10⁰F to 40⁰FAbility to obtain material handling equipment certifications on electric pallet jacks, high-rise order pickers, forklifts, etc.Strong attention to detailPreferred QualificationsBasic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) skillsPrior WMS or ERP experiencePrior warehouse experience, food distribution, and inventory control a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
