ETF Market-Making Quant Strategist (Associate)

Morgan Stanley's Institutional Equity Division is seeking a junior strategist/quantitative analyst for its ETF market making strat team. The role involves developing models and backtesting trading strategies to support the ETF trading desk. You will build tools, run backtests, and visualize results to aid decision making.
