This on‑site role offers flexibility within a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM window, including Saturdays, either on a rotation or a regular basis. You will provide essential technical support for software, hardware, and related devices, troubleshooting issues to restore service efficiently. Responsibilities include guiding customers through technical processes, maintaining knowledge and call‑tracking databases, and assisting with specialized hardware such as printers and smartphones. You will also support audio‑visual and video‑conferencing setups, contributing to smooth communication and collaboration. This role is ideal for tech‑savvy professionals eager to grow their IT support skills in a collaborative environment. Top Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCDST) or an associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field are preferred. At least one year of experience in hardware/software support, or customer service using Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 or higher. Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues, with a focus on technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.
