Job Description
Healthcare facility located near Rocky Mount, North Carolina is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to join their team. Great pay and benefits!

Pay: $30.00 - $46.00/hour

Executive Assistant Opportunity:

Manage complex calendars, meetings, communications and priorities for the CEO, COO and Board of Commissioners
Anticipate needs and prepare leaders for meetings and decisions.
Executive Assistant will serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate board meetings and all related logistics, materials and communications.

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field.
Administrative Professional certification is highly desirable.
Minimum 5+ years supporting senior executives in a complex organization
Active Notary Public commission in the state of North Carolina (or must be obtained within the first six months of employment).
Executive Assistant must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
