Business Development Manager

We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager for our Employee Management Service team, and our ideal candidatewill possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will be critical to the success of our company by identifying new business opportunities, networking, and meeting with current and potential customers. With your passion for success, you will produce sales and profit by marketing our company’s specialized PEO services to potential customers. Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these: Generate sales and profits by using your professional selling skills Keeping current lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads Travel throughout your assigned territory to call on prospective customers to solicit business, make sales presentations and assess customer needs for staffing options. Work with other company departments to finalize proposal details and present those proposals to prospective customers. You will also negotiate fees, close sales orders, and obtain signed contracts. Competencies we value for this role include excellentpersuasion and negotiation skills,ethical conduct, strong business communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong time management skills, customer-service orientation, strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment.
