Job Description & Requirements Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) StartDate: ASAP | Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50 This facility is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and Requirements Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus weeknight call and 24 hour weekend call Practice Setting: Inpatient Types of Cases: Orthopedic surgery including joint replacement, hand and foot surgery, fracture care, sports medicine, inpatient rounding, and emergency department consultations Credentialing Timeframe: 60 to 90 days Electronic Medical Record: GE Centricity in clinic and Epic in hospital Certifications Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Licensure Required: Iowa medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact license Facility Location Mason City, Iowa Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
