Payroll Administrator

Description Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Coordinator to support our Payroll Benefits Administrator and HR/Payroll Manager. The Payroll Coordinator will assist with payroll processing, data entry, auditing payroll information for accuracy, and ensuring payroll-related tasks are completed on schedule. This position plays a key role in supporting our bi-weekly payroll process and maintaining accurate employee records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enter and maintain payroll data accurately and efficiently. Review employee timekeeping records for completeness and accuracy. Assist with payroll audits and verification of payroll information prior to processing. Ensure payroll tasks and deadlines are completed according to established schedules. Support the Payroll Benefits Administrator with benefits-related data entry and record maintenance. Assist the HR/Payroll Manager with payroll reporting and administrative tasks. Maintain employee payroll records and confidential information. Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a professional manner. Assist with new hire, termination, and employee status change processing. Support payroll compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Provide administrative support for payroll and HR projects as assigned. Payroll Schedule Expectations This position is heavily involved in our bi-weekly payroll process and is expected to be available and focused on payroll-related responsibilities during: Payroll Mondays (payroll review, auditing, and processing support) Payday Fridays (final verification, reporting, employee support, and issue resolution) Requirements Qualifications: Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Previous administrative, accounting, HR, or payroll experience. Experience with payroll systems or HRIS software. Associate's degree in business, accounting, human resources, or related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
