Team Lead 1st Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm )

• • Responsible for leading a team of LOC employees while actively participating in daily operations.
• • This role ensures performance targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
• • The Team Leader also oversees all material handling activities, including safe and efficient movement of goods using forklifts and other equipment.
• • Hands-On Production Work
• • Outbound loading & unloading and perform other tasks alongside team members.
• • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when necessary.

Team Lead 1st Qualifications:

• Leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics operations. 
• Forklift certification and experience operating material-handling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to coordinate material movement, inventory flow, and production schedules efficiently.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, training, and team-management skills.
