Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Head Housekeeper Broadwater Resort (2025 Tourism WA Gold Winner) Broadwater Resort Busselton is looking for an Full time experienced and motivated Head Housekeeper to join our team. This is a hands on leadership role where you will oversee the day to day operations of the housekeeping department while ensuring our resort maintains the high presentation standards our guests know and love. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a team, and thrives in a fast paced hospitality environment. Duties and responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department Lead and support the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the resort Schedule daily room servicing, guest arrivals, inspections, and team workflow Conduct room and public area inspections Monitor cleanliness and presentation of resort amenities Work closely with other department leaders to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed Support the training, productivity, and development of housekeeping team members Preferred Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership or supervisory role within hospitality or accommodation Skills and experience Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think quickly and adapt in a busy environment High attention to detail and commitment to quality standard Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy leading teams, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
