Responsibilities: • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. • Lead and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals for customer satisfaction, product quality, and profitability. • Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. • Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability. • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams.
