Live Oak Pharmacy in Plano, Texas is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. If you are organized, patient‑focused, and comfortable on the phone, we’d like to hear from you. You’ll greet patients at the counter, answer calls, process refills, handle POS transactions, schedule deliveries, keep front areas clean, and uphold HIPAA privacy.
