Bindery Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Support presses and collators in an accurate and timely manner. Operator hyster using proper operating and safety techniques. Empty all trash in production area into the dumpsters using proper devises i.e. hyster, hand truck. Sort recyclable paper. Schedule trash and recycle companies for pick-up. Operate baler located in outside baler room following established operating and safety procedures. Maintain constant flow of cores to core boxes Load courier vehicle, operate cutter to cut down checks, pack shredded checks in baler according to proper disposal methods. Bindery Operator Qualifications: Previous experience in printing, bindery, manufacturing, familiarity with production or finishing equipment preferred High School Diploma or GED required Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic mechanical aptitude Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
