What You'll Do Read and follow route sheets, work instructions, and blueprints.

• Apply adhesives and sealants with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed products to ensure IPC quality standards are met.
• Track and enter work orders using the Paradigm system.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to expand your skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Choose the Shift That Works Best for You

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
