About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Marketing Manager to lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels .

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional strategists, clients, and global teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies. You will also manage and mentor a small team while remaining hands-on with campaign platforms and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Google Ads, SEM, Google Shopping, YouTube, Meta Ads, and paid social , along with excellent client relationship and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor 1–2 digital marketing buyers or strategists .
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns , including Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively work within advertising platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure campaigns align with their business and performance goals.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve revenue, customer acquisition, efficiency, and ROI/ROAS .
• Collaborate with internal and global teams to align media strategies and campaign execution.
• Improve internal processes to increase team efficiency and campaign performance.
• Stay current with the latest paid media trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns through Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360.
• Experience with Google Search, Google Shopping, and YouTube Ads .
• Hands-on experience managing Meta/Facebook and Instagram Ads .
• Experience with TikTok or other paid social platforms .
• Strong understanding of SEM, paid social, display, and programmatic advertising.
• Proven experience in campaign execution, optimization, strategy, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing or supervising team members.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics .
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing paid media campaigns for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Experience with campaigns focused on revenue generation and customer acquisition is also preferred.
