Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to add a Commercial Dispatcher to our dynamic team of Service experts! The Big Task You will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job. In an nutshell- the Commercial Dispatcher will be responsible for: Prioritizing daily commercial service calls based on urgency and profitability. Work hand-on-hand with technicians to relay key job information to ensure only the best customer service and proficiency. Provide excellent customer service by keeping them informed of appointment/job status, resolving issues, and promoting the Ambient Edge Brand. Be a positive team player- eager to learn and grow in our rapidly growing industry.
