Business Operations Coordinator

Atlanta GA - Atlanta, GA 30319 Description Job Summary Our Administrative Operations Team is hiring a temporary Business Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Business Operations team. Reporting to the Business Operations Analyst, this role will assist with transactional activities, system updates, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to help maintain day-to-day workflows. Responsibilities Assist with PO/SO processing and routine system updates Support procurement and shipment coordination Assist with receiving-related activities and documentation Maintain supplier reports, trackers, and other operational data Process PR/NPR updates and maintain related records Support credit card purchases, receipt uploads, and documentation Manage Jotform requests and other administrative workflows Assist with item setup and approval processes Coordinate follow-ups with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Program Management, and other teams Provide general administrative and operational support to the Business Operations Analyst Knowledge, Abilities & Skills 1–3 years of administrative, operations, business support, or coordinator experience Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable working in business systems and learning new processes Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills We are an equal-opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
