Location: Country Inn & Suites, Willmar, MN
Position: Front Desk
Shift: Full-time or part-time, Monday-Sunday flexibility needed, 3-11pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
- Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
