Product Marketing Manager

Manager, Product Marketing and Brand Copywriting Company: Nakery Beauty Location: Clearwater, FL Department: Marketing Position Summary Nakery Beauty is seeking a seasoned Manager, Product Marketing and Brand Copywriting to lead how the brand and its products come to life in words. This role blends marketing expertise with hands-on product storytelling. The person in this role will own messaging strategy, launch narratives, and high-performing copy across product pages, email, paid media, and campaign assets, while helping shape and steward Nakery Beauty's brand voice across channels. Key Responsibilities Lead development of product positioning, messaging hierarchies, and benefit frameworks for hero SKUs, franchises, and new launches. Help shape and maintain Nakery Beauty's brand voice across DTC, retail, and campaign channels so messaging feels cohesive and distinctly on-brand. Translate ingredients, claims, textures, and product attributes into clear, emotionally resonant consumer messaging. Write and refine copy for product detail pages, email campaigns, paid social and display ads, landing pages, launch assets, and retail content. Partner with brand marketing, e-commerce, CRM, paid media, creative, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure messaging is differentiated, compliant, and conversion-minded. Support integrated launch planning by creating messaging briefs, campaign narratives, and copy frameworks that connect across channels. Use customer insights, testing results, and performance data to improve copy and strengthen future launches. Build and maintain messaging tools such as brand voice guidelines, approved claims language, ingredient story libraries, and copy templates. Manage external freelance writers or agency partners as needed and help maintain a high creative standard across outputs. Qualifications 6-10+ years of experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or related consumer categories. Proven success across product marketing, brand marketing, and/or copywriting. Strong portfolio showing work across PDPs, email, paid ads, and broader brand storytelling. Deep interest in beauty products, ingredients, and claims, with the ability to turn technical product details into compelling customer-facing language. Strong understanding of how brand building and performance marketing work together. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-moving brand environment. Excellent writing, editing, prioritization, and project management skills. Based in the Tampa Bay area or able to work regularly in a hybrid/on-site environment.
