About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to provide essential oversight during a significant growth phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the monthly financial close, ensuring the delivery of accurate financial statements, and maintaining reliable reporting in line with both internal and external standards. This role involves directing the day-to-day activities of the finance and accounting team, including managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll. The VP of Finance will also be tasked with monitoring and enhancing working capital, preparing cash flow projections, and providing strategic financial insight to support the company's expansion. Applicants must have a proven track record in a senior finance, controllership, or executive accounting role, with a strong background in cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and overall finance leadership. Experience in manufacturing, food production, or similar operations-driven environments is highly valued. The role requires the ability to work hands-on, lead by example, and ensure the smooth operation of core finance functions. Familiarity with debt covenant monitoring, financial reporting for various stakeholders, and a deep understanding of financial best practices are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at strengthening finance processes and controls to support the company's growth and will play a key role in the ongoing MRP rollout, with a focus on inventory valuation, cost tracking, and financial reporting integrity.
