09/25/th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America Analytics and Reporting Sr Analytics (IKC) [Hybrid: Denver/Remote] The Commercial Integrated Care Analytics team supports DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC). DaVita IKC is the renal population health management division of DaVita serving approximately 70,000 end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and late-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients across the U.S. A key component of DaVita’s integrated care strategy is our healthcare analytics team, responsible for developing and communicating advanced data analytics to inform program performance and model of care design. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for monitoring and communicating the performance of our value-based care programs. This entails developing reports and performing analysis to measure the model of care execution and understand the impact on program outcomes. This role will work with teammates across various teams, ranging from analysts to clinicians and operators to executive leaders. The environment is highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a differential focus on both professional and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: Technical Execution:

Utilize SQL to query data warehouses for validation and ad-hoc analysis, ensuring data accuracy across all reporting products. Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to support clinical and strategic initiatives, while building strong rapport and bringing a positive and curious mindset to working groups. Reporting Project Ownership:

Own the monthly production, QA, and distribution of ad hoc and pilot reporting. This can include querying and manipulating data in SQL, building summarized views in Excel, PowerPoint, or Tableau, and ensuring strict file integrity for leadership dashboards. Metric Ownership:

Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned clinical metrics within reporting, interpreting trends and investigating root causes of performance drivers. Qualifications: Experience:

2+ years in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within healthcare Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL, and Python, or R (required for data extraction/validation); advanced Excel skills. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Public Health, or related field. Competencies:

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate technical data into business narratives; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
