Remote Recruiter (Full-Time / Part-Time – 100% Remote)
Pay: Training: $15/hr for 1-2 weeks | Regular: $17.50–$20/hr + Weekly Bonuses ($1,000–$3,000+/week)

This isn't your typical 9–5. As a Remote Recruiter, you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn based on performance, and grow with a company that promotes from within. If you're motivated, love talking with people, and want control over your income, this is the opportunity for you. (Note: a few weekends each month may be required.)
We're looking for individuals passionate about growth and setting new standards as our company seizes another record-breaking year, doubling every year since we've hit the market 6 1/2 years ago.
About the Role
We're looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You'll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process — all from your laptop.
Whether you're experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, we'll train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates
- Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit
- Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
- Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
- Represent our company's culture and values in every conversation
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and public speaking skills (recruiting experience a plus!)
- Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Tech-savvy and organized while working independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
