Ultrasound Technologist - Per Diem

Description Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs ultrasound procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail. Performs ultrasound procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required, including specialized radiographic areas. Performs ultrasound procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required, including specialized radiographic areas. Qualifications Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year experience in a clinical or hospital environment. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
