Current LPN/LVN license, in the state of MA Graduate of an accredited nursing program At least 1 year of experience in acute care ( home care, home health or hospice preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in the field Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards Reliable personal transportation (travel required ~50%) Ability to meet health screening and compliance requirements You will report to the Clinical Manager or Branch Director for Personal Care Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
