The Screen Print Operator responds to work orders, set up, operates, troubleshoots press and performs direct physical activity to complete work order in a timely manner while meeting the customer's quality specifications.What You Will DoScreen Print Operators ensure that each athlete we serve looks their best and competes with confidence. General responsibilities include:Review work orders, observe specifications and any special notes and prepare work area to print multi-color work on garmentsEnsure that the machine and work area is cleaned during shift and before shift ends, including disposing all trash and plastic bags, cleaning ink spills, all used screens and squeegees by scraping off excess ink and putting objects in the proper area.Maintenance of the machine includes ensuring that the press is kept clean and wiped down with press wash at least once per weekUtilize all personal protective equipment as required for personal safety and the safety of their peersQualificationsGreat attention to detail and organization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environmentAbility to multi-task and problem-solveAbility to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendanceRead and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficientlyCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understandingParticipate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skillsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in EnglishExhibits quick learning, be detailed, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendancePossess the ability to differentiate and coordinate colors and able to identify a variety of quality issuesEducation/ ExperienceHS Diploma or GED (required)Previous warehouse experience is a bonusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonusPreference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.At least 2-3 years of continued work experiencePhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
