ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support a school district in South Burlington, VT. This is a great opportunity to work closely with students and play an essential role in supporting their academic and behavioral success in the classroom.

Position Details:

Location: South Burlington, VT
Student Population: K–12
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Compensation: Starting at $23 per hour (based on experience)
Contract: Immediate start for the current school year
Renewal anticipated for the upcoming school year

Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to teachers and students
Assist with instructional activities and reinforce lesson plans
Support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs
Help maintain a structured, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
Reliable, patient, and adaptable
