Job Description
Cocinero Offshore $1,350+ SEMANALES nete a Savard Personnel Group, donde tus habilidades son valoradas! Requisitos principales:
- Oportunidad de trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
- Todos los gastos relacionados, incluyendo vuelos y transporte de ida y vuelta al lugar de trabajo, estn cubiertos.
- A los empleados se les proporcionar alojamiento compartido en cabaas y cuatro comidas al da.
- Planificar, preparar y supervisar las comidas, incluyendo las comidas del da, comidas nocturnas y productos de panadera.
- Mantener la calidad y frescura de los alimentos, la rotacin adecuada de productos y los requisitos nutricionales.
- Administrar los alimentos, suministros, PPE/EPP, ropa de cama y niveles de inventario.
- Realizar reuniones diarias de seguridad e inspecciones de las reas habitacionales, cocina, comedor y reas de trabajo.
- Mantener los estndares de limpieza, saneamiento, higiene, uniforme y PPE/EPP.
- Garantizar que las comidas y los servicios se proporcionen a tiempo y cumplan con las expectativas del cliente.
- Apoyar la estabilidad de la tripulacin mediante rotaciones efectivas y trabajo en equipo.
- Promover un ambiente de trabajo positivo y profesional, as como un excelente servicio al cliente.
- Completar de manera precisa y puntual toda la documentacin requerida para la oficina de Encore.
- Realizar otras tareas segn las indicaciones de la gerencia.
