Position Overview: We are looking for competitive Wireless Retail Sales Associates to enhance our client's brand through event promotion and customer engagement. Your role will involve helping customers identify and purchase desired products, while also restocking and merchandising. Our aim is to provide top-tier customer service and drive company growth through sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Understand and respond to customer needs and wants.
• Recommend and showcase products that meet customer requirements.
• Stay updated on product information and features.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately.

Requirements:

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, face-to-face sales environment.
• Passion for working with people.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Competitive spirit and strong drive.
• Team-oriented, assertive, goal-driven, positive, and self-motivated.
• An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Desire to work in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking skills, including conversing while navigating our in-store marketing system.
• High level of integrity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
