What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage showroom visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Educate homeowners on Renewal by Andersen's premium window and door solutions
• Learn about customer needs and identify opportunities to help
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants
• Represent a nationally recognized brand with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve team and individual goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Daytime weekday and weekend availability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a customer-facing retail showroom environment

Compensation

Expected earnings: $18-$24/hour

Compensation is based on several factors including work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and overall qualifications. Additional performance-based incentive opportunities may be available. Your recruiter can provide details regarding the compensation package during the hiring process.

Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
