Special Event Security Officer (Access Control) Treston Security Services Treston Security Services is seeking professional, customer-service-oriented Unarmed Security Officers for a special event in Milpitas, California (San Jose Area) . This assignment will focus primarily on access control, credential verification, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for officers who enjoy working special events and can maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with large groups of people. - Position: Unarmed Special Event Security Officer
- Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE)
- Uniform: Company-issued Polo Uniform
- Employment Type: Temporary / Event-Based
- Verify credentials and control access points
- Monitor entrances and restricted areas
- Assist with guest and vendor check-in procedures
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence
- Enforce event policies and procedures
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Communicate effectively with event staff and supervisors
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security standards
- Valid California Guard Card (Required)
- Previous security or event experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Must be punctual and dependable
