Responsibilities

About the Team The E-commerce R&D team is looking for an HR Project Coordinator to support a variety of HR projects amidst the rapid growth of the E-commerce R&D team, focusing on areas such as office arrangements, immigration compliance, enhancing employee experience, and event coordination.

• Project Coordination: Support various HR projects; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Projects may include seat allocation, immigration request coordination, employee experience initiatives, and event planning.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Assist with communications regarding project status, updates, and potential challenges.
• Employee Experience: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience, addressing any employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Event Coordination: Assist with coordinating company events to enhance team cohesion and company culture.
• Reporting and Analysis: Collect and summarize data for reports on the progress and outcomes of HR projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within HR or related domains.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach to supporting employees and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including immigration regulations.
• Flexibility to changes or urgent requests.
• Strong operational and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
