Outside Sales Representative

ProCraft Restoration Group is hiring W2 Outside Sales Representatives looking for a long term career, not a short term gig, in the Fayetteville area.
We are a fully licensed unlimited general contractor. If it involves a home, we do it. Restoration, remodeling, and construction all under one roof. ProCraft is built for sales professionals who want a long term career, consistent earning, and a clear training path that allows driven reps to ramp fast and win early when they put in the work.
WHAT WE OFFER (W2 POSITION)
- Straight uncapped commission that pays you consistently. You are paid when you close the deal, not when the job is completed
- ProCraft’s proprietary payment model designed to eliminate feast or famine cycles, creating reliable paychecks while remaining fully uncapped with no income ceiling
- Long term earning upside. Reps who stay and perform do not reset each year. After year three, top performers gain access to the ProCraft Wealth Bank, where earnings stack and additional upside opens beyond standard commission
- Health insurance after 90 days
- Clear promotion paths into leadership. Top performers grow into team lead and leadership roles instead of starting over every year.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform home inspections
- Guide homeowners through restoration and renovation decisions
