Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Type: Contract, Part-Time
Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide behavioral support services in a collaborative school-based environment. While the district is still finalizing assignment details, they are seeking a qualified BCBA to support students on a part-time schedule. Join the Soliant Education team to make a meaningful impact and help improve student outcomes.

Requirements:
Active BCBA certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience supporting behavioral interventions in educational settings preferred
Onsite
Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral support services to students
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention recommendations
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
Monitor student progress and behavior plans
Support positive academic and behavioral outcomes
Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school district
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
Work Hours:
Part-Time
Approximately 20 hours per week
3 days per week
