Commercial HVAC – Project Manager Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 Schedule: Monday through Friday Responsibilities Clear understanding of HVAC and ability to read and understand mechanical plans and specifications Job site visits to ensure projects are on track Understand mechanical plans and construction schedules Create and track budgets and accurately forecast cost to complete Attend project meetings Review contracts Order materials and equipment accurately Identify change orders and price COPs Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers Work as a team member with office and field About the Company Emerald Aire Inc | Auburn, WA We are a Design‑Build HVAC contractor specializing in VRF systems. Our Project Managers are involved in every facet of a project – from early design coordination through execution and final closeout. This role plays a critical part in supporting our field teams by providing the office coordination, communication, and project oversight needed to ensure installations run as efficiently and successfully as possible.
