SitusAMC is seeking a Vice President with strong CMBS rating agency expertise to join our leading commercial real estate lending platform in New York. You will lead rating agency calls, review agency feedback, and coordinate with the Primary Trading Desk and Conduit Underwriting. This role requires deep knowledge of rating agency standards across property types, proven experience with conduit loans, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment while delivering #J-18808-Ljbffr
