Compensation Salary Range: $39,449 - $69,113 annually Anticipated Hiring Range: $50,000 - $52,000 annually Compensation is based on factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs. Position Summary As a Terminal Specialist , you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal departments, ensuring efficient booking management, freight coordination, and customer support . You will play a critical role in supporting terminal operations by coordinating shipments, scheduling appointments, resolving customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily operational workflows.
