Medical Technologist (MT/MLS)
Location: Bradenton, FL | Schedule: Full-Time, Evenings or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Join a leading acute care hospital laboratory and perform high-quality testing across multiple departments in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Compensation:

• $27.09–$37.92/hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology
• Analyze and report accurate laboratory results
• Process specimens and support daily lab operations
• Ensure compliance with laboratory and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active Florida Medical Technologist License (minimum 3 laboratory areas)
• Associate degree in Medical Technology (Bachelor's preferred)
• ASCP certification preferred
• Hospital and Blood Bank experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
